Can I have a sample order for your product?
Yes, but just limited to sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Due to the high cost of international freight and the heavy weight of our sample product, your sample fee will be charged on your trial order and refund to you on your next bulk orders. As for big items like solar home system, we are unable to provide the whole sets as samples, but we will find a satisfying way to meet your needs.

What about the lead time?
Small and spot cargoes, the sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 200pcs. Please consult with our sales team prior to your order.

Do you have any MOQ limit for energy storage product?
The MOQ depends on the what products you need, usually 1PCS.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
As for international express, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For bulk cargoes needs save money, the shipping time would be longer accordingly, normally 1 month.

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
